내일 월요일 7일부터 17일(목)까지 "세겹줄 특별 새벽기도회"를 합니다. ‘세겹줄 기도회’는 3명의 짝이 마음을 모아 새벽에 교회에 나와서 (멀리 있는 분만 온라인으로) 함께 기도하는 것입니다. 전도서 4:12 “혼자 싸우면 지지만 둘이 힘을 합하면 적에게 맞설 수 있다. 세겹줄은 쉽게 끊어지지 않는다.” 이 말씀에서 나온 지혜입니다. 세 명이 함께 기도하면 서로에게 동기부여가 되고, 기도가 약한 사람을 도와줄 수도 있고, 사랑을 실천하는 한 방법이 되고, 또 하나님께서 응답하실 것에 대한 믿음도 더욱 커질 수 있기 때문입니다. 이번의 주제는 ‘성령님과 동행’입니다. 예수님을 믿으면 우리 안에 계신 성령님의 인도를 받는 연습을 열흘동안 같이 하게 됩니다. 세사람의 기도짝을 만드는 방법은 이전에 기도짝이 되지 않았던 동성이라야 합니다. 평소에 친한 목장식구나, 가족이나, 친한 목자끼리 짝을 만들지 않습니다. 

짝을 찾기 어려운 분은 이름을 제출하면 담임 목사가 정해 드립니다. 기도가 약하다고 생각하는 분이나 신앙이 약하다고 생각하는 분과 경험이 있고 신앙이 앞선 분이 같이 짝이 되는 것이 원칙입니다. 목자나 청지기는 새로 믿는 분에게 같이 기도하자고 요청하세요. 세겹줄 기도짝을 위해서 기도하는 방법은 10일간 매일 새벽기도에 참석해서 설교 후 기도 짝과 서로를 위해서 15분 정도 기도합니다. 기도제목을 첫 날에 나누고 그 다음날 부터는 나누지 말고 기도만 합니다. 기도가 응답되면 새로운 기도제목을 나눕니다. 하루에 한 번씩 서로 전화하여 기도응답 여부를 묻습니다. 또, 취침 전 10분 간 짝들을 위하여 기도합니다. 기도제목은 급하거나 집중적인 기도가 필요한 한 가지로, 기도 응답이 측정될 수 있는 구체적이라야 합니다. 신청서를 오늘(10/6)까지 헌금함에 제출하세요.

We are hosting a "special Early morning three-strands prayer", starting Monday(7th) till September 17th (Thursday). "Three-Strands prayer" is a team of 3 coming to church during early morning prayer (or Zoom online if located far away) and then praying together. This is a Word of wisdom from Ecclesiastes 4:12,“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." If three pray together, it gives an opportunity to motivate, and support those who are weak in prayer, practice love in a way, and expand your faith horizon by anticipating that God will answer. This year’s topic is 'Walking by the Spirit.' We will do 10 days of practice together on how we receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit who are within us after we believe in Jesus.  Criteria for selecting prayer team- must be same-sex and please make a team with people who were not a member of the previous team. 

Don't make a team with your comfortable acquaintances- that is HC members, family members, and close HC leaders. If you are having a hard time finding one, the Senior Pastor will assign one for you. The rule of thumb is to make a team, mixing stronger prayer and weak prayer as well as experienced church members with inexperienced (newcomer) church members. If you are an HC leader or minister, please ask those VIPs or newcomers to join your team. The way it is structured is to pray for 15 minutes after the early morning services every day for 10 days. Please share your prayer requests on day 1, and then please don't share any other prayer requests, just keep praying after day 2. If prayers are answered, please share a new prayer request. Call each other and ask if their prayer got answered once a day. Also, please pray for team members before bed, for 10 minutes a day.
