목장이동은 한 목장에 있던 목장식구가 다른 목장으로 가는 것입니다.목장은 가정 교회이기 때문에 한번 목장에 소속이 되면 원칙적으로 목장이동이 불가능합니다.  예를 들어, 제가 비전교회에 다니다가 다른 한 교회로 옮기는 것은 마치 가족을 바꾸는 것과 같습니다. 우리 교회 뿐 아니라 가정교회를 하는 교회에서 목장 이동을 금하는 원칙이 생긴 이유는 여러가지가 있습니다. 첫째는 신앙을 바로 연습하기 위함입니다. 현대에 많은 사람들이 인내심이 없어져서 참지 못하고 직장을 쉽게 옮기고, 사람과의 관계를 끊고, 학교를 포기하는 경우가 많습니다. 그래서 적어도 교회에서는 알고 배우고 믿은 신앙을 인내하고 실천하도록 하기 위해 한 목장에 머무르도록 정한 것입니다. 쉽게 교회를 옮기는 사람은 자기 나름대로는 정당하다고 하지만, 객관적으로 보면, 유치한 이유들이 대부분입니다. 사람과의 관계나 실망이나 상처 때문이라고 하는데, 이런 것은 복음에 대한 것도 본질적인 것도 아닙니다. 그리고 어느 교회를 가든 그런 사람은 비슷한 문제로 또 교회를 떠나거나 문제를 일으킵니다. 이 지역에도 그렇게 교회를 돌아다니는 분들이 여러명이 있다고 합니다. 

한 교회에 오래 머무는 것의 유익은, 물론 크고 작은 어려움을 경험하겠지만, 자신의 신앙이 더욱 견고해집니다. 또한 그 교회도 떠나지 않고 교회를 지켜준 분을 통해서 교회가 부흥할 가능성이 있습니다. 둘째는 목장은 친교만을 위한 사교모임이나 취미생활을 위한 것이 아니라 영혼을 구원하여 제자를 만드는 주님의 명령을 위해 모인 것이기 때문입니다. 그런데 작은 실망이나 개인적인 편의를 위해 목장을 옮기게 되면, 제자로 세워지는 것이 어렵게 됩니다. vip를 위해 오래 섬기고 기도하고 사랑을 연습하는 곳이 목장이기 때문에 가볍게 목장을 생각하면 안 됩니다. 단, 목장을 이동하는 예외의 경우가 있습니다. 목장의 평신도 목회자인 목자들이 그 목장 식구가 vip이거나 여러가지 상황으로 다른 목장에 가는 것이 꼭 필요한 것을 알게 된 경우입니다. 이런 경우도, 교회의 질서와 보호를 위해서 담임목사에게 목장 이동을 신청하고 모든 상황을 고려한 다음에 최종 결정을 하게 됩니다. 그러므로, 목자와 목장 식구들이 다 주의해야 하는 것은 다른 목장 식구를 초대하거나, 자기 목장에 오라고 하거나, 허락없이 이동하지 않아야 합니다. 

Moving out of the HC is a movement of a HC member from one HC to another. By the principle, it is not possible to move once assigned to the HC, since HC is the church itself. For example, for me to change to another church from the Vision church-this, this is like I change my own family members. Not just our church, but churches with HCs do not allow their church members to switch HCs. There are several reasons behind this principle. First, it is to exercise our faith in the right way. Many people today are very quick to change- they are quick to switch jobs, to quit relationships, and to drop out of school due to lack of patience. We decided to have church family members stay in one HC to practice what we learned about the faith of patience, at least in the church. Those who quickly switch churches claim that their cause is justifiable; however, most of the reasons for switching churches are very rudimentary. They claim they quit that church because of the disappointment; however, this is not a matter of Good News nor a matter of principle. Usually, those people tend to repeat the same problem in a different church. There are many in this area who wander around the church for that reason. 

Faith will grow stronger if a person can stay with one church for a long time, despite the small and big troubles. And sometimes, the church revives because of those who stayed. Second, the HC is not just a social gathering for promoting camaraderie, but it is gathered to save souls and make disciples. It becomes difficult to make disciples if one switches HC because of small frustration or individual convenience. Please don’t treat HC lightly because HC is the place where we serve, pray, and practice love for our VIPs for a long time. But we do have some exceptions that allow switching HCs. The exceptions are granted when the HC leader decides it is necessary for VIPs to move to another HC, or other uncontrolled conditions that require switching to another HC. Even in this case, HC leaders request the switch of HC to the senior pastor, and then an exception is granted after considering all the circumstances, to maintain the church's good order and discipline. Hence, please watch out and refrain from inviting other HC members to your own HC, asking other HC members to join your own HC, and/or moving HC without any permission from the church.
