우리들 이야기

일을 잘 치루는 것 만큼, 돌아보기(Review)를 해서 다음을 잘 준비하는 것도 중요합니다. 또한 우리 교회만이 아니라 다른 교회가 잘 할 수 있도록 경험을 정리해서 메뉴얼을 만들어 전달해 주면 더 잘 하고, 실수를 줄일 수 있을 것입니다. 그래서, 주일 오후에 목자 컨퍼런스에서 준비 리더로 섬겼던 형제 자매 5명이 모여서 돌아보는 시간을 가졌습니다. 어린이 목자 컨퍼런스는 말씀, 드라마, 조별 모임등이 어린이 목자들에게 은혜로웠고, 볼케이노 물놀이 공원에 간 것이 가장 재미있었다고 합니다. 음식이나 민박등 준비가 좋았습니다. 한 가지 어린이 목자 컨퍼런스에 집중해서 영상기록을 남기거나 상주해 있는 봉사자가 더 필요하다는 점입니다. 음식 친교 준비는 자매님들과 어머님들도 많이 오셔서 힘이 되어주시고, 저렴하게 물건을 구입하는 간증도 경험하고, 다양한 음식을 정성껏 준비해서 많은 분들이 감동을 받았습니다. 

개선할 점은 리더들을 중심으로 소통이 잘 되도록 해야 한다는 점입니다. 행정은 다양한 사역을 담당할 사역자들이 잘 준비해 주었습니다. 어린이와 어른 컨퍼런스를 동시에 진행해서 다소 부담이 있었습니다. 전체 진행은 큰 어려움이 없이 봉사자들이 섬겨 주었고, 한 사람이 3-5가지 일을 기쁨으로 순종해 주어서 감사했습니다.  소통의 문제를 잘 하는 것이 중요함을 배웠습니다. 비전교회가 같이 음식으로, 라이드로, 헌금으로, 기도로 함께 동참해서 좋았고, 전체 진행은 교회별로 사역자들이 중보기도에 했던 점이 좋았습니다. 우리가 했던 작은 배려(티셔츠 접는 것, 도시락 가방)들이 감동이 되었다고 합니다. 목.컨을 위해 야채를 집에서 기르고, 한국에서 물품을 사주고, 이름을 쓰지 않은 형제 자매들이 참여해서 기쁨으로 최선으로 섬겼습니다. 언젠가 어디선가, 열매가 있고, 하늘나라 상이 있을 것입니다!

It is important to have a good review as well as to complete the task well so that we can be better prepared for the next. Furthermore, if we can gather those reviews well and make a manual, it will help other churches do this task well and minimize mistakes as well. So, five of HC Shepherds' conference ministry team leaders had a meeting on Sunday afternoon. At Children Shepherds' Conference, the feedback was that Children shepherds were touched by sermon, drama, and group meetings. The best fun activity was "Volcano" Water park. Food and Homestay preparation was another positive feedback. But we might need more volunteers for the children's shepherds' conference. For food fellowship, it was truly touched because of our sisters' and mothers' passion that many came to support, many shared their testimony of how they could purchase grocery items in deep discounts, and many prepared the food wholeheartedly. 

Opportunity for improvement was a communication channel centered on leaders. Administrations prepared well of their assignment amongst their personnel. It was challenging that we hosted both children and adult shepherds' conference at the same time. All volunteers served well on overall operations without major issue. We were also grateful that most of volunteers served 3-5 tasks at a time with joy. We learned that communication is a key. It was good to see that we ,Vision Church, together prepared food, gave a ride, contributed with offerings. General operations, it was good to see that some leaders from each church joined with intercessory prayer. Our little thoughts and actions (folding t-shirts, lunch bags, etc) really touched them. Many brothers and sisters remained nameless, but they grew vegetables and bought needed items in Korea. They all joined and served with joy and their best. We will all have fruit and heavenly reward in a place when the time comes
