우리들 이야기

오늘 2부 예배후에 [총 목자모임]을 합니다. 가정교회에서는 목장이 사역의 가장 큰 중심 입니다. 그런 만큼 목자 개인의 영성도 중요하고, 무엇보다 비전교회라는 공동체 속의 가정 교회 목회를 목자로서 같이 하고 있다는 협력이 중요합니다. 이를 위해서 목자들이 사역을 지치지 않고 잘 하도록 여러 가지 방법으로 체계를 잡았습니다. 첫째, 매달 마다 목자들의 목장인 초원모임이 있습니다. 목자들의 목장이기 때문에 식사, 찬양, 나눔, 기도를 합니다. 초원에서의 나눔은 목장에서 나눔과 조금 다릅니다. 목장 식구 개인적인 이야기가 아니라, 사역에 대한 이야기도 나누고 서로를 격려하게 됩니다. 둘째, 목장 모임후에 목자의 목회 일기를 기록하여 담임목사에게 나눕니다. 그러면 저는 그 기도제목을 보고 기도하고, 또 필 요할 때는 몇 마디 짧게 격려의 말을 합니다. 

목회 일기는 교회 홈페이지에 있는 가정교회 360을 통해서 기록하는 방법과 카톡이나 이메일로 저에게 보냅니다. 목적은 목자님의 목회를 지원하고 격려하기 위함입니다. 셋째, 총목자 모임이 있습니다. 보통 가정교회들은 총 목자모임에서 목장 목회의 방법, 중보기도, 교회의 방향, 정보교환 등을 합니다. 우리교회 는 작년부터 지금까지 세미나와 같은 큰 교회의 행사가 있을 때 필요에 의해 기도회로 모였습니다. 오늘 총목자모임은 7월 13-15일(목-토)에 있는 북미 가사원 목자컨퍼런스에 대해 이야기하고, 목장 목회에 대해 몇가지 제가 할 이야기가 있기 때문에 모입니다. 이번에는 이 두 가지에 대해 이야기를 할 것입니다. 하지만, 3부 예배도 없고 특별한 행사가 주일 오후에 없을 때는 분기별로 모이는 것을 고려하고 있습니다. 그래서 목자들이 경쟁이 아니라 한 공동체로서 협력하고 격려한다는 것을 배우고 실천하는 기회로 만들려고 합니다.

Today, we will have All-shepherd-Meeting after 2nd service. HC ministry is a pivotal center of our church. That is why individual spirituality of HC shepherd is important. Moreover, working and doing HC ministry together as one body; this Coordination within Vision Church community is very important. So, we made system in various ways to do it so that our shepherds would not be overwhelmed by their ministry. First, there is monthly HC meeting(called Village meeting) for shepherds. Since it is a HC meeting, there are dinner, praise, sharing, and prayer. Sharing in this meeting is little different from what we do in the regular HC. It is not all about sharing their HC members, but they share about their ministry and encourage each other. Second, after each 44 HC meeting, HC leaders record brief journal of the meeting and share with me. Once I see those prayer requests, I pray for them. Also I give a brief word of encouragement when needed. 

Some shepherds record the journal on HC 360 on our church website or the others text me or email to me. Again this is to support and encourage ministry of HC leaders. Third, there is a general meeting for all HC leaders. Normally, it is to share HC ministry tips, intercession prayer, church information, etc. Our church used to convene this meeting as a prayer meeting when there is a need for a prayer for a major church event such as seminar or conference. Today, we are going to share some HC ministry tips and to discuss North American Shepherd conference in July 13-15 (Thur-Sat). Also, we convene this meeting because I have something to say about HC ministry in our church. However, I am considering to hold this meeting once every quarter since there is no 3rd service or no major church event on Sunday. So I would like all shepherds to make this opportunity to practice what we learned- support and encourage each other as one community.
