우리들 이야기

이번 말씀잔치에 이우철 목사님을 통해서 하나님께서는 큰 은혜와 깨달음을 주셨습니다. 많은 비전교회 형제자매들이 말씀으로 도전과 재충전을 할 수 있었다고 합니다. 그런데 좋은 말씀을  배워도 잊어 버리는 경우가 많습니다. 왜냐면 새롭게 매일 주어진 직장, 학교, 가정의 일을 하며 마음을 써야 하기 때문입니다. 그래서 여러분이 은혜를 더 오래 간직하기를 바래서 제가 정리한 몇가지를 나눕니다. 영적인 파도를 타기위해 준비해야 할 네 가지가 있습니다. 첫째 시간은 말씀회복에 대한 것입니다. ‘우리는 말씀을 어떻게 대하는가?’를 생각해보라고 했습니다. 우리는 말씀 앞에 진지하게 서야 합니다. 우리를 구원한 말씀을 우리만 가지지 말고, 그 말씀을 나누어야 합니다. 그래서 한 성도님이 예수님을 믿고 좋아서  일곱 형제의 큰 형으로서 3개월 동안 동생들을 찾아 다니며 전도한 이야기를 예로 들었습니다. 우리의 몸은 말씀과 성령님이 거하시는 성전인데 우상, 돈, 쾌락이 있지 않는지 살펴보고 그런 것을 없애야 합니다. 

그래서 우리 안에 말씀으로 채워야 하고 말씀으로 변화되어야 합니다. 이제 제 자리에 말씀을 돌려 놓아야 합니다. 이우철 목사님의 결론은 말씀 회복은 회개로 시작해서 진정한 감사로 마무리 한다는 것이었습니다. 둘째 시간은 기도회복입니다. 우리의 기도를 들으시는 하나님에 대한 확신, 그 분은 모든 것의 주인되신 분임을 믿어야 합니다. 기도내용은 내적 강건함과 성도와 함께 사랑의 깊이를 알아가는 것, 충만하여 완전하고 거룩해 지는 것입니다. 그러면 주님께서는 더 넘치게 주십니다. 하나님은 항상 나보다 옳고, 항상 나보다 크십시다. 세번째 말씀은 성령충만의 회복입니다.  성령님은 지혜와 계시의 영입니다. 그렇게 하나님을 경험하면 마음의 눈이 열려 부르심의 소망과 하늘나라 상급과 하나님이 얼마나 큰지를 알게하고 우리에게 권능을 주십니다. 넷째, 예배의 회복입니다. 감사와 겸손으로 예배, 섬김으로 드리고, 삶으로 드리는 예배가 되어야 솔로몬처럼 실패하지 않습니다. 주일과 주일 사이를 삶으로 드리는 예배입니다. 

God gave us great grace and understanding through our guest speaker Rev. Woochul Lee, during this Spring Bible Festival. Many Vision church brothers and sisters shared that the words shared during the festival gave them challenges and recharged them at the same time. However, we often forget what we learned from a good sermon preached. It is because we are so occupied with our daily tasks from work, school, and family. So, I would like to share the summary of the sermon with key highlights, hoping you will retain grace for a longer time. There are four things we must prepare to catch the Spiritual wave. The First Sermon was about restoring the Words of God. Rev Lee urged us to take time to think about how we treat the Words of God. We must take the words of God seriously. Don’t just keep the Words of salvation to ourselves, but we must share them. So, Rev Lee shared the story from one of his church members who went to meet all of his 7 siblings for three months to share the Jesus because he believed in Him and loved Him. We must watch ourselves not to be occupied by idols, money, and/or pleasure as our body is the Holy Temple where the Holy Spirit resides. 

Hence, we must fill our body with the Words of God and must be transformed. Now, we must place the Words of God in the right place. Rev. Lee concluded that restoring the Words of God starts with repentance and finishes with true thanksgiving. The second lesson was about the restoration of prayer. We must be certain about God ,who listens and answers our prayers. We must trust that our God is the Lord of everything. Payer is about internal strength, knowing the depth of Love with other brothers and sisters, fulfilling, completing, and sanctifying. Then our Lord will give more than what we need. God is always more right than I am, and bigger than I am. The third lesson is about restoring the fullness of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of wisdom and prophecy. If you experience God in that way, we may know how big our calling is, how great is our heavenly reward is, and how great our God is as our eyes and hearts open. The fourth lesson is about the restoration of worship. We won’t fail like Solomon if we worship humbly and thankfully while serving others with our lives. Worship is giving our lives in between the Lord’s Days.
