우리들 이야기

어느 공동체든지 그 공동체를 위해 더 희생하고 더 섬기고 이끌어 가는 지도자가 필요합니다. 비전교회는 주인 되시는 예수님께 순종하고 배우는 겸손한 사람, 더 많이 기도하고 희생하는 사람이 지도자가 됩니다.  현재 비전교회에서 헌신한 목자들은 그런면에서 평신도이지만 목장 목회를 위해 헌신을 했기 때문에 지도자 입니다. 그래서 더 훈련이 잘 되고 잘 섬기는 지도자가 되기 위해 앞으로 한달에 한 번씩해서 5번 [지도자 훈련]을 하려고 합니다. 크게는 두 가지 목적이 있습니다. 첫째, 비전교회의 청지기(집사와 장로)를 세우기 위함입니다. 작년에 세 분의 장로님이 은퇴를 했고 3분의 집사님들이 은퇴를 했습니다. 그래서 직분자를 세울 필요가 있습니다. 하지만 아무 훈련이 없이 세우는 것은 어리석은 일입니다. 지도자는 누구인지, 어떻게 예수님의 성품과 사역을 본받는 지도자가 될 것인지, 지도자의 자생력을 키우는 방법, 현대 교회의 지도자의 특징, 그리고 김인기 파송목사님의 특강으로 구성하려고 합니다. 

둘째, 이 훈련의 목적은 ‘재충전’입니다. 목장 목회나 교회에서 봉사하는 것은 사람을 대하는 일이기 때문에 쉽지 않습니다. 그래서 누구나 재충전이 필요합니다. 모든 그리스도인들, 특히 더 희생하고 봉사하려는 사람은 계속적인 훈련이 없으면 지칩니다. 그리고 왜 해야하고 어떻게 사역을 해야하는지 방향을 잃는 경우가 많습니다. 이럴 때 말씀과 새로운 정보는 더 성숙한 지도자가 되도록 도와줍니다. 직분자가 되는 것에 관심이 있든 없든 ‘모든 목자 부부’는 필히 참석하시기 바랍니다. 그래서 이번 훈련을 통해서 모든 목자부부들은 참석하여 영적으로 재충전하는 기회가 되시기 바랍니다.  이 훈련의 방법은 주일 예배 후에 간단히 물과 간식을 먹고 본당에서 40분 정도의 강의를 듣는 것입니다.  6개월간 2권의 책을 읽고 배운 것을 나누는 시간도 가질 것입니다.  최영기 목사님의 책 [가정교회에서 길을 찾는다]와 존 코터의 [기업이 원하는 변화의 리더]입니다. 또 다시 재충전하여 신앙과 사역을 upgrage 하시기 바랍니다! 

No matter what community it is, there is a need for a leader who serves and sacrifices more for the community to lead. A humble person who obeys and learns from our Lord Jesus with more prayers and sacrifices may become the leader of Vision Church. Our dedicated HC leaders in vision church are lay leaders however they are leaders of the church because they have dedicated their lives as HC leaders. Hence, to be more trained and well-serving leaders, we plan to start 5 leadership training once every month. There are two purposes for this training. First is to make them stewards (deacons and elders) of Vision Church. 3 elders retired and we hosted 3 retirement ceremonies for deacons last year. Hence there is a need to appoint ministers of the church. However, it is not wise to appoint them as church ministers without any training. The training is hosted by our dispatched pastor, Rev. Inki Kim with his special session, primary focusing on who leaders are, how to become a leader to follow Jesus’ traits and ministries, how to build resiliency, and specifics about modern church leadership traits. 

Second, the training is to ‘recharge’ them. HC ministry or church ministry is not easy by its own nature of the ministry- tending to the needs of others and caring for others. Hence everyone needs time to refresh. All Christians, especially those who sacrifice more to serve others may be exhausted if they don’t have continuous Grace from God. Often many lose their direction on why they serve and how to do their ministry. At those times, the Words of God and new information can help and support leaders to become more mature leaders. Even if you are not interested in becoming a church minister, I encourage ‘all HC leader couples to attend the training. Hence I encourage all HC leader couples to use the opportunity to refresh spiritually by attending the training. The training will start with light snacks and refreshments, followed by a 40-minute lecture. We plan to host leadership book club meetings with 2 books for 6months.
